The Jeep Wrangler 4xe offers three different drive modes as part of the E-Selec system. With Electric Mode you can use the battery alone for a quiet drive through the city or off-road. In this mode, you can travel up to 49 miles on just the battery. eSave Mode makes use of the 2.0L gas engine and saves the battery for when you need it. It will also turn off the engine in situations where you don't need as much power. For those looking for the most power, the Hybrid Mode allows you to combine the power of the 2.0L engine and the electric motors for maximum horsepower, torque, and acceleration.
You can recharge the battery in as little as two hours and the Max Regeneration feature of the Wrangler 4xe allows you to use regenerative braking for improved recharging while also helping you slow down without using the brakes.
With the 2.0L turbocharged I4 engine and electric motors, you have up to 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of instant torque for performance on and off-road. The Jeep Wrangler 4xe is equipped with front and rear locking differentials while the battery pack and electronics are sealed and waterproofed to allow you to ford water up to 30-inches in depth.
